Files in the EuroMPM Wikispace must follow naming conventions - a Wikispace is a space for collaborative working - but that also means that one authorized user can overwrite the contributions of others.
So each person has a personal wikipage. This wikipage has a predefined name like
Further personal wikipages can be defined within the project week - but only if the names of these wikipages include the name of the predefined personal wikipage and an annex at the end - for example projectweek2009Silvija-1 .
The upload of files must follow the same naming conventions - a picture could be ubloaded for example with the file name projectweek2009Silvija.jpg .
Students will store their contributions (presentations, word documents, ... ) in our LAN on drive O in the directory transfer/eurompm/projectweek . Within this directory following kinds of subdirectories can be used:
Individual subdirectories: O:/transfer/eurompm/projectweek/individual/silvija for example
Team subdirectories:
O:/transfer/eurompm/projectweek/projectmanagement/team1 for a team in the workshop on Project Management
O:/transfer/eurompm/projectweek/creativity/team1 for a team in the workshop on Creativity.
File management will be controlled by Arsen Asvarov in the workshop on Project Management and by Alex in the workshop on Creativity.
Presentations
All students submit a personal presentation including cv and a picture at the personal wikipage mentioned above.
All powerpoint presentations follow standards with a given master.
